Postpartum Relief Care

Short-term, in-the-moment support for moms who just need a break.

You don’t always need a whole package—you just need a few hours to breathe.

Postpartum Relief Care is for moms who are already in it: the newborn fog, the toddler chaos, the "I just need someone to help today" season.

Whether you need to rest, shower, eat a hot meal, or just not be touched for a few hours, I’ll step in with hands-on care you can trust.

Relief Care is in-person and tailored to your immediate needs—childcare, meal prep, light cleaning, laundry, emotional support, and more.

This is care that meets you exactly where you are, no long-term commitment required.

You don’t have to do it all alone. You just have to ask.

Who is this for?

✨ You’ve dreamed of someone serving you a hot meal, climbing into bed for a nap, and waking up with a hot meal

✨Your baby has hit another sleep regression and you and your home could use a reset

✨You’ve noticed your mental health declining and need some extra support

✨You have a high-needs baby or toddler who clings to you and you need help with household tasks

✨You want to prioritize your mental, physical, or emotional health now that you are out of the newborn haze

Who is this NOT for?

❌ You’re currently pregnant or postpartum and want to book a set number of hours or certain days of the week for care.

❌ You don’t believe in asking for help and tend to be supermom

❌ You have plenty of family support to come at any day or time

❌ You don’t feel you need to take care of yourself, the baby’s needs are most important

❌ Your baby is consistently sleeping through the night and napping well, so you have plenty of time to take care of yourself

Have some questions?

  • I provide many of the same services as I would during the postpartum period including light housework, laundry, meal planning and preparation, childcare, and education.

However, I find that with relief care moms are also looking for more emotional support and connection. As time goes on, typically there are less visitors coming or friends and family checking on you.

During this time, I want to not only provide practical support but also emotional support to discuss the challenges of motherhood and work toward finding creative solutions to help you create systems and find time to support your own mental, emotional, and physical care.

  • Nope! If you’d like to have me come once for 3 hours, that is perfectly fine!

However, we will still have a FREE consult call before my services begin.

Oftentimes, moms will want one visit but end up wanting to book more in the following weeks. At that time, we can discuss a new contract and potential package.

Please know that scheduling is on a first come, first serve basis and a contract must be signed and payment received before scheduling.

  • I suffered from severe postpartum depression and anxiety, so I often draw upon my experience and how I had wished to be supported during that time. In the future, I plan on obtaining my perinatal mental health certification through Postpartum Support International as well to improve my own understanding and services.

Additionally, I have served mothers who were currently being treated for postpartum depression and anxiety. However, I require a minimum of two emergency contacts so that if I feel a client should not be left alone or something has been said that requires further evaluation I can speak with those contacts immediately.
