My services are tailored to you and your needs. Additionally, I take a holistic approach to providing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual support. Having experienced postpartum depression and anxiety myself, I empathize with mothers struggling or hoping to avoid mental health complications. With my teaching background, I am especially suited for families with older siblings to provide resources and activities to keep big brothers or sisters occupied.

The short answer is yes and no!
Due to still having small children at home, I do not personally offer birth doula services. However, I partner with another doula, Fruit of the Womb Birth, to provide packages that include both birth and postpartum services. I serve as the backup doula for your birth and complete all of the postpartum care hours. We offer holistic care to ensure that you are supported with the utmost care during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
